The Rose Park neighborhood of Long Beach has steadily grown in popularity and it’s easy to see why!   Just spend a few hours here.  Rose Park is also adjacent to Retro Row, a three-block commercial strip that’s home to pubs, and shops.  Rose Park has many locally owned, mom and pop businesses.   Rose Park is  considered by many to be a hip and cool area of Long Beach.

Most of the homes in Rose Park Craftsman Bungalows and sit on large lots.  Rose Park homes are often in high demand due to their affordability,  and location.  Buyers often purchase these hopes with the hopes of restoring them or maintaining them.  Rose Park South is an extension of the Rose Park district which was established later at the request of the residents.  Rose Park and Rose Park South are adjacent and are both considered  historical districts.
