CASS BUSINESS TELEPHONE SYSTEMS

1. Premise based telephone systems: CASS offers cost effective telephone systems from AVAYA (formerly LUCENT, formerly AT&T) MITEL CISCO. On premise systems are cost effective and can be purchased or leased. Systems are available from 10 to 10,000 users. Systems can be Voice over IP (VoIP) or digital or hybrid.

2. Hosted Phone System - Private Cloud: CASS offers public and private cloud hosted systems.  Public Cloud Systems from Avaya, Mitel, and Cisco are available.  Public cloud systems offer low upfront costs but are billed monthly for every user in the configuration. 

3. Hosted Phone System - Private Cloud:  Private cloud hosted systems offer the economy of a premise system with no upfront costs and a very low monthly recurring charge.  Avaya, Mitel, and Cisco systems are offered by CASS. 

4. Local Area Network Design, Installation and Maintenance: CASS offers Local Area Network products from HP, CISCO and UBIQUITY. New and refurbished configurations are available and can be purchased or leased. Our configurations are designed specifically for Voice over IP Phones Systems and guarantee excellent voice quality and can be wired or wireless.

5.  Multipoint Contact Center Design, Installation, & Maintenance:  Multipoint contact center (Voice, email, and text) are offered from Avaya & Mitel.  Designs are available from 10 agents to 10,000 and can be hosted or premise based. 

6. Interactive Voice Response: Self-service voice response systems from AVAYA can be custom designed to offer customers 24X7 phone access to account information. Systems can be hosted or on premise and are available in small to large configurations.
